Beverly Margaret Valdez Godfrey - Beverly Margaret Valdez (Dennis), born on August 5th, 1936, passed away peacefully on June 28th, 2024, 7:40 a.m. at Alton Memorial Hospital. Beverly was the beloved wife of the late Frederico James Valdez and the cherished daughter of Bill and Mildred Dennis. She was preceded in death by her brother, Robert "Sonny" Dennis, her son, Kenneth Stover, and her grandson, Joshua Stover. Beverly is survived by her four sons: Ron Stover, Mark Stover, Paul Stover, and Robert Stover. She was a loving grandmother to Tashina Stover, Chelsea Stover, Carlie Stover, Savannah Stover, Kaytlin Stover, Noah Stover, Paul Stover, Jr., Shelby (Stover) Hall, Valerie Stover, John Lance Stover, Christopher Stover, and Christa Stover. Additionally, Beverly is survived by her step-son, Tony Valdez, and step-daughter, Sherry Torrez, as well as step-grandchildren Melanie (Torrez) Nagel, Tony Torrez, Miranda (Torrez) Cagle, Angelina Valdez, Alexander Valdez, and Xavier Valdez, and
