Michele "Mikie" Darlene Eads, 77, of Granite City, IL died on Thursday, August 22, 2024 at Gateway Regional Medical Center in Granite City, IL.
She was born on August 2, 1947 in East St. Louis, IL to Mary Esther (Downs) Borkowski.
Michele married Paul Eads, Sr in Granite City, IL in April 13, 1984. He preceded her in death on May 19, 2023.
The loving mother, grandmother and sister enjoyed spending time with her family. She was a big movie buff and was very interested in Egyptology.
Michele is survived by a son, Christopher Borkowski of Granite City; 2 step-sons: Paul Eads, Jr of Troy, IL and James Eads of Branson, MO; 10 grandchildren: Josie, Brayden, Brittney, Cierra, Madeline, Savannah, Brooklynn, Chase, Brianna Jade and Zoey and 3 sisters: Teri (Vince) Bonvicino of Granite City, Debbie Nolen of Granite City and Lori (Scott) Kent of TX. She also had many nieces and nephews that she loved like her own.
Besides her husband, Michele is preceded in death by her parents.
