Frank Aloysius PohlmanSummervile - Frank Aloysious Pohlman, 88, of Summerville, SC, passed away peacefully on Tuesday, March 11, 2025.Frank Pohlman was born in Brussels, IL, on March 23, 1936, to the late Stanley and Mary (Fortschneider) Pohlman. He was married to Dorothy Arlene Burns at St. Mary's Catholic Church in Alton, IL. She preceded him in death on September 23, 2023, after their 65th wedding anniversary.In 1958, Frank married his beloved wife, Dorothy. Due to her failing health in recent years, Frank visited her daily and reminded her of all they had accomplished in their lifetimes. Together, they agreed that raising 5 children had provided them with an unimaginable source of pride, comfort and joy.He worked at Alton Boxboard, Federal Steel & Supply, and retired from the Wood River Amoco Refinery.
